The State Land Use Boundaries Maps for the County of Hawai`i are <br /> amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner of this parcel of land, being also the southeast <br /> corner of Lot 3-B2 and on the northerly side of Mohouli Street, the coordinates of said <br /> point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI", being <br /> 4,506.34 feet South and 864.92 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured <br /> clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 152° 41' 70.12 feet along the reminder of Government Land <br /> of Waiakea (Lot 3-B2); <br /> 2. 163° 50' 537.03 feet along the remainder of Government <br /> Land of Waiakea (Lots 3-B2 and 3-B1-A); <br /> 3. 238° 14' 416.28 feet along Land Court Application 1205 <br /> (Lots 86, 85, 84, 83, 82 and 81); <br /> 4. 328° 10' 206.61 feet along Komohana Street; <br /> 5. 58° 10' 15.00 feet along Komohana Street; <br />
