BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The purpose of the amendment is to increase funding appropriation for construction of the West Hawaii <br /> Office of the Prosecuting Attorney project. <br /> This construction project will house the staff of the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the County of <br /> Hawaii. The staff that will utilize the building include: Deputy Attorneys, Clerical staff, Administration and <br /> Program staff.
