In addition, a total of <br /> $7,434,083.77 was obtained from state and federal grants along with a $2,000,000.00 private donation from <br /> Kohanaiki Shores (KS). The 2017 Annual Report to the Mayor"Status of Properties on Past Prioritized Lists <br /> 2006-2016" (Appendix 3) progressively reports the current status of the nominated properties and matching <br /> funds for those successfully acquired. <br /> Puna District <br /> Date Acquired Project Tax Map Key Acreage Acquisition Cost Matching Funds <br /> Nov. This <br /> area will remain in open space and acquisition ensures the preservation and protection of low land Native <br /> Hawaiian forest, historic and cultural sites and public access along the shoreline.
