To receive the reimbursement, the county <br /> 15 shall apply for the reimbursement within ninety days <br /> 16 after the expenditure of county funds or allowing the <br /> 17 primary residential property owner tax credit under <br /> 18 section 235- ; provided that failure to comply with <br /> 19 this provision shall constitute a waiver of the right <br /> 20 to claim a reimbursement.
