IT In accordance with the County Charter Section 13-4, I submit James McCully for reappointment to the Board of Appeals. kla The Council recently confirmed Mr. McCully on November 2, 2017 and he is now eligible to serve a full term that would expire on December 31, 2022. According to the report filed by your Committee on Planning, several committee members offered favorable comments about Mr. McCully after hearing his original nomination. As noted previously, Mr. McCully has been a resident of Hawaii for over 40 years and he indicates that he is not affiliated with any political party. Due to the needs of the Board, I respectfully ask that this nomination be waived through Committee and placed on the full Council agenda April 11, 2018.
