No. 835 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:34 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 835, reports as <br /> follows: <br /> Communication No. 835, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated March 19, 2018, submits <br /> Mr. James McCully for reappointment to the Hawai`i County Board of Appeals. <br /> Ms. Rose Bautista, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim, introduced Mr. McCully who appeared in <br /> the Hilo Chambers for this reappointment. Mr. McCully was recently confirmed on November 2, <br /> 2017 and is eligible to serve a full term that would expire on December 31, 2022. <br /> Mr. McCully states that he has become a member of the democratic party. <br /> Several Council Members commented in favor of the reappointment of Mr. McCully. The vote <br /> was then taken with all Council Members voting "aye."
