This appropriation reflects funding allocations anticipated <br /> from HUD for the Program Year (PY) 2018. The bill sets up the proper accounts to receive and <br /> expend the HOME funds. <br /> This bill is being submitted concurrently with bills to appropriate funds from the Housing Trust <br /> Fund (HTF) and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
