This appropriation reflects funding allocations anticipated from HUD for the <br /> Program Year(PY) 2018. The bill sets up the proper accounts to receive and expend the CDBG <br /> funds. <br /> This bill is being submitted concurrently with bills to appropriate funds,from the Housing Trust <br /> Fund (HTF) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
