Mukai to the Liquor Control Adjudication <br /> Board. \, <br /> Mr. Mukai attended Hilo High School graduating in 1974 and went on to receive his BBA <br /> in Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 1978. <br /> He is currently the owner of Mukai Investment Group and had previously been a <br /> manager and financial advisor at Morgan Stanley. <br /> Mr. Mukai is currently a member of the United States Selective Services Board and has <br /> recently served five years on the Liquor Commission including one as its Chairman. <br /> Before that, he served five years on the Water Board. <br /> Mr. Mukai has lived in Hawaii his entire life and currently resides in Hilo.
