Funds will be used towards establishing and maintaining this service centerwith a sub-contracted operator chosen through procurement.' Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State.of Hawai`i Department of Human Services to allow the County to receive funds for this program. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $210,000 to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's.Juvenile.Intake and Assessment Center's (State) account.
