ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 616-18: AUTHORIZES A DECREASE IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FUEL TAX FOR FISCAL YEARS 2018-2019 AND 2019-2020 Decreases the fuel tax by 5 cents per gallon for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, bringing it to 14 cents per gallon, and by 9 cents per gallon for Fiscal Year 2019-2020, bringing it to 14 cents per gallon. Fuel taxes may be used to support the safe and efficient operation of County roads, mass transit, and highway infrastructure. Res. 619-18: AUTHORIZES THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS OF A LATER FISCAL YEAR AND OF MORE THAN ONE FISCAL YEAR FOR A MULTI-YEAR LEASE OF REAL PROPERTY FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS Authorizes the Mayor to enter into a multi-year lease agreement with an option for two additional five-year terms with the Estate of Ole Eigel Jensen and Elaine Marie Jensen, at a monthly cost of $700 to allow the Traffic Division the continued occupancy of parking and storage space located at 81-6394 Hawaii Belt Road, Kealakekua.
