FC -37 BILLS FOR ORDINANCES June 18, 2018 Bill 160: AMENDS CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 15, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2016 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO THE CODE OF ETHICS Amends Section 2-83 by adding a definition for "truthful" and requiring that officers and employees of the County be truthful when performing their duties and dealing with the public.
