<br /> On October 27, 2017, A Sister City Agreement was entered into and signed by Mayor
<br /> Harry Kim and Mayor Josh Edward Cobangbang during a signing ceremony in Hilo.
<br /> Mayor Cobangbang was accompanied by Cabugao Council Members Danilo Gasmen,
<br /> Vicky Serna, Dr. Jemaima Tan-Yee and Josefina Vallego and student Julianne
<br /> Ubungen. Members of the Hawaii County Council and the Hawai'i Filipino community
<br /> were also in attendance.
