BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Maui County Department of Transportation has two retired buses, that are available for transfer to Hawaii <br /> County Mass Transit Agency. One of the vehicles is a 2004 ADI double deck bus and the other is a 2014 <br /> Chevy bus. Vehicles will be used on our island wide public transit system. These additional buses will <br /> increase our bus fleet as well as improve efficiency, allowing for safe and reliable transportation.
