The property is located along the east (mauka) side of Queen Ka`ahumanu <br />Highway (State Highway 19), Honok6hau 1St and 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii. <br />The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br />favorable consideration of the request: <br />To reduce the upfront costs associated with the initial development increment of the <br />West Hawaii Business Park (WHBP), the applicant is requesting that Condition K <br />(Roadway Improvements) of Ordinance No. 04 110 be amended as to increase the area <br />allowed for development prior to triggering the construction of Kamanu Street from ten <br />Hawai `i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
