Hawai'i County Clerk 10/10/2018 09:59:36 AM FC-45 October 16,2018 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 616-18: AUTHORIZES A DECREASE IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FUEL TAX FOR FISCAL YEARS 2018-2019 AND 2019-2020 Decreases the fuel tax by 5 cents per gallon for Fiscal Year 2018-2019, bringing it to 14 cents per gallon, and by 9 cents per gallon for Fiscal Year 2019-2020, bringing it to 14 cents per gallon. Fuel taxes may be used to support the safe and efficient operation of County roads, mass transit, and highway infrastructure.
