EASLEY) <br /> have submitted an amendment application for a 5-year time extension to comply with <br /> Condition D (Secure Final Subdivision Approval) of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 05 66, <br /> which reclassified 20.254 acres of land from an Agricultural (A-20a) to an Agricultural (A-10a) <br /> zoning district. The property is located along the west side of Kaloko Drive, approximately <br /> 4,000 feet mauka from the Haleamau Street - Kaloko Drive intersection, Kaloko Mauka <br /> Subdivision, Kaloko, North Kona, Hawai`i, TMK: 7-3-027: 007. <br /> APPLICANTS' REQUEST <br /> 1. Request: The applicants are requesting a five (5)-year time extension to comply with <br /> Condition D (time to secure Final Subdivision Approval) of Change of Zone Ordinance <br /> No. 05 66, which reclassified 20.254 acres of land from an Agricultural (A-20a) to an <br /> Agricultural (A-10a) zoning district to subdivide the property into two lots approximately <br /> 10 acres in size. The lots are intended to be used as residential/agricultural lots, one for <br /> each of the applicants. The applicants intend to construct a dwelling on each of the <br /> proposed lots. (Planning Department Exhibit 1 - Change of Zone Amendment <br /> Application) <br /> STATE AND COUNTY PLANS <br /> 2. State Land Use Designation: Agricultural. <br /> 3. GP LUPAG Map: Important Agricultural Lands (IAL). <br /> 4. County Zoning: Agricultural (A-10a). <br /> 5. Kona Community Development Plan (Kona CDP): The subject property is situated <br /> outside the Kona Urban Area. <br /> 6. Special Management Area (SMA): The Special Management Area is a part of the <br /> Coastal Zone Management Program and regulated by the County. The property is not <br /> located within the Special Management Area. <br />
