County funds will be used to expand the <br /> bike-share program in Kona from three stations to five stations. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to provide <br /> $30,000 to Peoples Advocacy for Trails Hawaii, pursuant to Hawai`i County Code (2016 <br /> Edition as amended) Chapter 2, Article 25, Section 2-139(a)(3)(A). <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation requests that this resolution be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the December 19, 2018 Council agenda.
