The properties are located at the north corner of the Kawili Street <br /> and Kapi`olani Street intersection, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i. <br /> The Applicant withdrew their request to amend Condition B (Water Commitment) and Condition <br /> F (Install Street Lights and Traffic Controls) at the hearing. The Commission concurs with the <br /> following Planning Director's reasons for recommending favorable consideration of the request: <br /> The applicant is requesting to amend Conditions B, C and F of Change of Zone <br /> Ordinance No. 07 26. Condition B required submittal of a water commitment payment to <br /> the Department of Water by September 16, 2007 (within 180 days of the effective date of <br /> the ordinance).
