The <br /> appropriation will be used to provide the County's 20% match for the project. The <br /> remaining 80% of funding will come from the Federal Highway Administration. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled "Ali`i Drive Culvert <br /> Replacement—Fair Share" and to appropriate $2,200,000 to the Capital Budget for this <br /> project.
