No. 44/Bill No. 7 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:30 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 7, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 7, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna Sako, via Communication No. 44 dated <br /> December 19, 2018, amends Ordinance No. 18-68, as amended, relating to public improvements <br /> and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. <br /> This bill adds the Public Works Ali`i Drive Culvert Replacement—Fair Share project for $2.2 million to <br /> the Capital Budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from Fair Share Contributions.
