COUNTY OF IIAWAI `I <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 12 <br />(DRAFT 2 ) <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 18-689 AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 309 2019. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 18-68, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the <br />following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2. <br />Account No. Source Fund Amount <br />010.3607.00 Contribution from Private Source General $ 1705355 <br />Total $ 1705355 <br />SECTION 2. Attached hereto and incorporated by reference is Exhibit A identifying a list of projects to be <br />funded. Any funds not identified by Exhibit A shall be expended on projects that further assist with the 2018 lava <br />disaster relief. <br />SECTION 4. Any funds remaining from projects identified in Exhibit A shall be returned to the 2018 <br />Lava Disaster Relief - Private account. <br />SECTION 5.
