The Commission developed its prioritized ranking order based upon <br /> reported urgency, anticipated use, significance, benefit to the public, special opportunities available <br /> for acquisition, and management plan. This year's total possible score based on the total number of <br /> commissioners was 900. In 2015, the Commission amended its' rules (Appendix 9) to include only <br /> those properties that scored 50% or higher on the prioritized list for consideration. In Appendix 1, <br /> there are detailed descriptions, maps, and summaries of all 13 properties that scored 50% and above. <br /> There was only one property that was nominated and failed to meet the 50% or higher threshold. <br /> Historically, a Resolution 65-17 for Haleohiu was passed by County Council in 2017. In addition, <br /> two of the nominations were duplicate errors. See chart below. <br /> Comm.
