This bill increases the FY2018-19 appropriation from <br /> $20,000,000 to $23,000,000; all of which will be funded via the State Water Pollution Control <br /> Revolving Fund Loan Program (SRF). <br /> The Department of Environmental Management requests that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the March 28, 2019 Council agenda in order to expedite the <br /> availability of funding to be able to award the project. <br /> If there are any questions,please do not hesitate to call Robin Bauman of the Department of <br /> Environmental Management at 961-8179. <br /> • <br /> Deanna S.
