Hawaii County Clerk 03/21/2019 08:23:00 AM PWMTC-4 March 27, 2019 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 93-19: AUTHORIZES THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII, BY ITS DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR THE COOPERATION AND PROVISION OF ASSISTANCE FOR VARIOUS ROAD AND/OR ROAD RELATED PROJECTS ON OR FOR STATE OR COUNTY HIGHWAYS, PURSUANT TO HAWAII REVISED STATUTES SECTION 46-7 The agreement would provide for sharing of services, equipment, and materials, and the potential for the sharing of certain costs, reimbursements, and other forms of remuneration, subject to a limitation of $2 million in total value of assistance provided by either party for a particular project.
