BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> 1. In accordance with section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes and section 10-11 <br /> of the County Charter, the Mayor of the County of Hawaii is authorized to <br /> execute, on behalf of the County, a two (2) year, multi-year agreement and <br /> related documents with the U.S. DOT for services as described above. <br /> 2.
