If I can direct your attention to the screen. As the Chair read, this is a Change of Zone <br /> application. The subject parcel is located in the South Kohala District of Hawaii Island and <br /> outlined in red here. For reference we've got Mamalahoa Highway running generally east-west <br /> through the slide, and this area here in green is the Ho`onani Subdivision,Waimea Town being here <br /> to the west. <br /> The applicant is requesting a Change of Zone from an Agricultural 40-acre zoning district to an <br /> Agricultural 5-acre zoning district for approximately 10.94 acres of land.
