Count. ember <br />SUBJECT: Proposed.. closure of.Keaukaha Road; TMK Nos. 2-1-15:50 and 2-1-15:51. <br />I am reaching .out to you because the State of Hawaii is the owner of. the above-mentioned two <br />parcels located adjacent to Keaukaha Road, a County road. between James Kealoha Beach Park <br />and Kamokuna Street in the District of South Hilo. <br />As part of a comprehensive effort to reduce illegal behavior in this area and on this particular <br />street, I have a resolution, pending introduction to the County Council, which would authorize <br />the Police Department to enforce a nightly closure of Keaukaha Road. <br />Notification to adjacent landowners is required under Section 24-153.3 of the County Code, <br />subsection (b), prior to passage of this resolution.
