Lee Loy, Co <br />SUBJECT; Proposed closure of Keaukaha Road; TMK Nos. 2-1-15: 037, 038, 039, 040, 042, <br />049, 052, 053, 054. <br />I am reaching out to you because Kamehameha Schools is the owner of the above-mentioned <br />nine parcels located adjacent to Keaukaha Road, a County road between James Kealoha Beach <br />Park and Kamokuna Street in the District of South. Hilo. <br />As part of a comprehensive effort to reduce illegal behavior in this area and on. this particular <br />street, I have.a resolution, pending introduction to the County Council, which would authorize <br />the Police Department to enforce a nightly closure of Keaukaha. Road. <br />Notification to adjacent landowners is required under Section 24-153.3 of the. County Code, <br />subsection. (b), prior to passage of this resolution.
