Lee -Loy, Hawaii Coun f�ber <br />SUBJECT: Proposed closure of Keaukaha Road; TMK No. 2-1-16:002. <br />I am reaching out to .you because you are listed as the owners ofthe above-mentioned parcel <br />located adjacent to Keaukaha.Road, a County road between. James Kealoha Beach Park and <br />Kamokuna Street in the District of South Hilo. <br />As part of a comprehensive effort to reduce illegal behavior in this area and on this particular <br />street, I have a resolution, pending introduction to the County Council, which would authorize <br />the Police Department to enforce a.nightly closure of. Keaukaha Road. <br />Notification to adjacent landowners is required under Section 24-153.3 of the County Code, <br />subsection. (b), prior to passage of this resolution.
