The revenue shortfall is largely due to <br /> inclement weather experienced in 2018 which reduced play and negatively impacted the Golf <br /> Course fund balance for the prior year and revenues for the current fiscal year. <br /> The Department of Parks &Recreation is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee review, and be placed on the May 8, 2019 Council agenda in order to expedite this <br /> transaction.
