BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> An Ordinanceis requested to the Transfer to Golf Course Fund due to the forecasted shortfall in revenue for <br /> the Golf Course as well as Salary expenditures being higher than anticipated. The revenue shortfall is <br /> largely due to inclement weather experienced in 2018 which reduced play and negatively impacted the Golf <br /> Course fund balance for the prior year and revenues for the current fiscal year.
