BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Mei Phillips from the State of Hawaii Surplus Property Office obtained the Bus on behalf of the County of <br /> Hawaii. The Hydrogen Bus has an original cost value of$105,424.00 with a total of 1,415 mileage.
