.4o J�tv os N;�'... <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> •� `�''�-��' �=# STATE OF HAWAI`I <br /> ; : . . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 256 19 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO <br /> ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE BUREAU OF <br /> ALCOHOL, TOBACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES <br /> PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR A GRANT TO THE HAWAII <br /> POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives <br /> (ATF), a federal organization, is providing a grant to be used for the <br /> reimbursement of overtime salary and other related costs incurred by the <br /> Hawaii County Police Department in providing resources to assist AFT <br /> operations; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes, Section 46-7, this <br /> Council's consent is required to enter into this agreement; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, in <br /> accordance with section 46-7, Hawaii Revised Statutes, that the Mayor of the <br /> County of Hawaii is authorized to execute, on behalf of the County, the <br /> agreement and any related documents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, <br /> Firearms and Explosives to receive funds and indicated above. <br />
