He has been a self-employed rancher and truck driver since 2009. <br /> Mr. Schutte contributes his time to numerous community organizations and causes, <br /> which include security for the Parker Ranch Annual Christmas Tree Lightings and 4th of <br /> Julys. He previously served on the Police Commission and served as chairman from <br /> 2014 through 2016. <br /> Mr. Schutte states his is not affiliated with any political part.
