The purpose of this <br /> measure is to amend Exhibit A to place the"Safety efforts in Leilani Estates"project under the <br /> Office of the Prosecuting Attorney as they will be facilitating the program(s). There are no <br /> changes to the appropriation or specified projects. <br /> Time is of the essence regarding this.matter. We therefore ask that a breach be authorized to <br /> submit this bill after the August 29, 2019 submission deadline, and to waive it from the Finance <br /> Committee in order to be placed on the September 18, 2019 Council agenda.
