Funds will be used to reimburse the Office of the <br /> Prosecuting Attorney for the purchase of desktop computers and software licenses. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to enter into an agreement with the State of Hawai`i Department of the <br /> Attorney General to accept these funds. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the <br /> Operating Budget by appropriating this $118,943.41 grant. <br /> The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney requests that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the October 2, 2019 Council agenda in order to expedite the receipt of <br /> these funds.
