These trucks will replace older and aging equipment <br /> that are 16 to 24 years old. The estimated cost is $14,000 per month for 60 months for <br /> the fire apparatus and $7,000 per month for 60 months for the brush truck. <br /> The Fire Department requests that a breach be authorized to submit this resolution after <br /> the September 13, 2019 submission deadline and that it be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and placed on the October 2, 2019 Council agenda in order to expedite these <br /> transactions.
