No. 465 <br /> PLACE: Kailua-Kona, Hawaii <br /> TIME: 9:35 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 465, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 465, transmitted by Mayor Harry Kim, dated August 29, 2019, nominates <br /> Denise Nakanishi to the Hawaii County Board of Ethics. <br /> Ms. Rose Bautista, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kim, introduced Denise Nakanishi. <br /> Ms. Nakanishi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Florida. She <br /> has a Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and Chaminade <br /> University. Ms. Nakanishi also attended Law School at the University of Florida. If confirmed, <br /> she will serve to fill a term expiring December 31, 2019. <br /> Nominee Nakanishi was present and expressed that she would be honored to serve on the Board <br /> of Ethics.
