Director of Public Works, for the above-referenced proposed project with the following recommended revisions: • Regarding the Gas Station Ground Sign — the ground sign design utilize the new option presented during the meeting, identified as Option A Rock • Regarding the Gas Station & Canopy signs--the font size can be increased to 12 inches but the icon.`logo size be reduced to 1 S inches. • Re.(arding the"1-enant Signs— the proposed back-round design space inust be limited or fixed in height to 1 foot and 6 inchos with the font and Iot„o of each tenant controlled by the inanagement per proposed master sign plan, �a-ith the understanding that should any sign require a variance those Nvill meed to come before the commission for re�conanaendation. • The proposed red and white colors identified as the color.'material samples on Sheet T-2 be limited to Safeway signs and logos and for tenant signs and logos if those colors are consistently used in their logo and brand name.
