Hawaii County Energy Code Bill <br /> Annotated Draft <br /> 11127119 <br /> they ura J <br /> Construction documents and other supporting data shall be submitted to indicate <br /> compliance with this code. The construction documents shall be prepared design <br /> approved, and observed by a duly registered licensed professional as required by <br /> chapter 464, Hawaii Revised Statutes and in accordance with the provisions of <br /> chapter 5, Hawaii County Code. The licensed professional shall certify via a signed <br /> statement on the plans, that the project complies with this code. <br /> Exception: Any building work that is not required to be prepared designed, <br /> approved, or observed by a licensed professional architect or engineer pursuant to <br /> chapter 464, Hawaii Revised Statutes, shall be certified by the owner." <br /> Comments: <br /> A. State Justification: Standard administrative code language. <br /> B.
