Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the <br /> Operating Budget by appropriating this $49,500 to the Planning Department's DOH Complete <br /> Streets program account. <br /> The Planning Department is requesting that this bili be waived from the Finance Committee and be <br /> placed on the February 5, 2020 Council Agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these funds.
