I‘ve haven’t really looked into this, why this doesn’t align with any parcel <br />boundaries. So as you can see the General Plan designates some of this area to be industrial but <br />it’s not, doesn’t seem to jive with the property boundaries so I’m not sure, I haven’t looked into <br />that yet. <br /> <br />DELIMA: So, so I would be supportive of, to make things consistent and provide the property <br />owners some reasonable economic value. The other parcel in terms of the private loaner near the <br />Grand Naniloa is already, has a designation of— <br /> <br />ROY: Sure. <br /> <br />DELIMA: So I think that person has the ability to have economic use because of the V <br />designation. <br /> <br />ROY: Yeah, they’d be staying in the resort— <br /> <br />DELIMA: Yup. <br /> <br />ROY: And that’s why I bring up the plan that was, you know, kind of solidified through the <br />BDHRA which kind, which outlines these areas, you know as industrial kind of commercial type <br />areas. So I had to imagine that discussions and after looking through some of the older minutes, <br />these discussions, you know, the points that you make definitely have come up previously. <br /> <br />DELIMA: Well, thank you. <br /> <br />GADDIS: Which zoning designation is the Ice House pursuing right now?
