Why did... we had it on the schedule to <br />have our meeting on May 10th and I cannot recall why we changed it to May <br />17th. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Having to do with the amount of time in between the meetings. <br />The fact that we are meeting this late in April. We had talked about... <br />MS. RICE: Oh, okay. More time? <br />MR. HENRICKS: So, the date of the meeting hasn't officially been... <br />CHR. ADAMS: That's correct. <br />MR. HENRICKS: Changed yet, so as of now it would be the second Friday <br />which is standard per our rules. <br />MS. RICE: Right. <br />MR. HENRICKS: But at the previous... the March 8th meeting, there was <br />discussion about kind of setting up a schedule for the next two meetings which is <br />why we are here today on the 25th as opposed to, because of the public hearings, <br />and it was suggested at the time that the next meeting date to give time in between <br />would be the 17th although if you so decide that the 10th is a good day then that is <br />fine too. <br />MS. RICE: Okay. <br />MR. HENRICKS: But that discussion can be had probably at the end of this <br />meeting assuming this meeting ends today. <br />MS. RICE: To decide on the date? <br />MR. HENRICKS: Correct. That's normally when the body... <br />MS. RICE: Yeah, okay. <br />MR. HENRICKS: Discusses... <br />CHR. ADAMS: So we are having a conversation about the Communication <br />within the confines of the Communication on the agenda... <br />MS. RICE: So we don't discuss it now, got you. <br />CHR.
