Ensure that amendments structurally worked with <br />inter - related Policies <br />4. Cross reference with overall CDP, General Plan, and <br />HCC (sometimes HRS) <br />5. For Actions – Review statements that “Amends” <br />and/ or states “Enacted by Plan” <br />6. Adjust statements that tried to innovate and/or <br />deviate from HCC <br /> <br />
