ADAMS: I don't see any other testifiers here in Kona. <br />APPROVAL OF The Chair directed the Commission to proceed to the next order of business, <br />MINUTES: Approval of Minutes. <br />CHR. ADAMS: Alright, let's move on then to approval of minutes. I would <br />entertain a motion to approve the regular meeting minutes of April 25, 2019. <br />MS. GALIMBA: So moved. <br />CHR. ADAMS: It has been moved by Commissioner Galimba. Is there a <br />second? Seconded by Commissioner Saquing. Are there any corrections or <br />modifications to the regular meeting minutes? <br />I would only note just for the purposes of correction, that on page 17 when we <br />have the reconvene time, currently it says that it was at 1:23, I think that that is <br />a... we were meeting at 9:30 a.m., so it was like in the... that particular time is <br />not accurate, so if we could just check that and fix that. Thanks. <br />Any other? Seeing none, all in favor of the motion, please signify by saying <br />"aye" (aye), any opposed?
