CALL TO ORDER (10:02 a.m.) <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Mr. Heintz: <br />Mr. Goodenow: <br />Okay we'll call the Board of Ethics meeting to order. Before we <br />move on to statements from the public, I just wanted to <br />introduce...we have a new member...replacing Ms. Kahakalau. <br />Maybe you could just give us a few words who you are and... <br />Okay. I'm the new member. My name is Larry Heintz. I'm <br />retired from the University of Hawaii at Hilo. I've been a resident <br />in Hilo since 1980. I continue to work as a consultant in healthcare <br />ethics for the State Department of Health and the Hawaii Health <br />Corporation. So I'm a novice to this Board but not a novice <br />to...matters of ethics. <br />Well thank you. Welcome aboard. Also present we have the <br />remaining...all members of our Board of Ethics present so with <br />that...we will move to statements from the public on agenda items. <br />2.
