Report of the County of Hawaii Equal <br />Opportunity and ADA Officer Julie <br />Rawlings <br />Tage 2 of 2 Hawai 'i County is an equal opportunity provider and employer. <br />additional information. <br />Malia Hall informed the <br />Committee that before voting on <br />the motion, that the Committee <br />needs to inform the Mayor. <br />Before any action can be taken to <br />create another committee it must <br />be approved by the Mayor. <br />The Committee decided to draft a <br />letter to the Mayor with that <br />suggestion. <br />Punihaole made a motion to make <br />a recommendation the Mayor <br />about splitting the Committee into <br />East side and West side of the <br />Island. <br />Nagasawa seconded the motion. <br />There were 2 nay, 3 yea and 1 <br />neutral. <br />The motion failed. <br />Discussion and voting were <br />tabled till the next meeting. <br />No Sub -Committee Reports <br />No report by Dr. Kimo Alameda <br />No report by Julie Rawlins. <br />An Area Agency on Aging <br />
