Thank you for your <br />patience. My name is Ken Goodenow, I'm the Vice Chair. Is there anyone <br />wishing to testify on item on the agenda? I don't believe I <br />received any...oh sorry. We have a lot of administrative things <br />going on this morning. Thank you for your patience. Okay if you <br />could please try to limit your testimony to three minutes. The first <br />person testifying would be Sylvia Dolena. Testifying on Petition <br />2019-01. <br />Mr. Chairman, as a preliminary matter, we have a request from one <br />of the petitioners to participate by telephone.
