There's like <br />4 <br />volumes like this that we look at. We look at the <br />5 <br />federal laws. We look at rules and regulations, you <br />6 <br />know, to make sure not only that we follow the law, but <br />7 <br />at times, too, we engage in a lot of discussions with <br />8 <br />the department on how we can make things better <br />9 <br />because that's what we're there for. You know, we want <br />10 <br />to make things better to be not only more efficient, <br />11 <br />but to put out quality work. So, it does promote that. <br />12 <br />And then, I know some of the prosecutors who <br />13 <br />are just as committed and dedicated as us who have <br />14 <br />stayed because of the salary increase that they got <br />15 <br />back in 2017. And I think it's a good idea. It helps <br />16 <br />the County because I also think that having the <br />17 <br />experience, having the institutional knowledge -- <br />18 <br />provides us the opportunity on not only providing a <br />19 <br />more efficient work, but at least we have built a <br />20 <br />relationship where our other clients would call us <br />21 <br />before trouble happens, which is a good thing. <br />22 <br />Did I answer your question? <br />23 <br />MR.
